As the President and Founder of Grossman Construction and Development, Abe has dedicated the past two decades to building architecturally significant homes throughout Southern California. He has grown the company into the trusted design-led operation it is today by remaining rooted in his principled values, exacting standards, and above all, his passion for building genuine personal relationships with his clients, colleagues, and crew.
For Abe, the allure to build was discovered at an early age through his alternative schooling in the wilderness of Northern Idaho. This transformative experience instilled in him a sense of hard work and rigor, while revealing his natural abilities to delegate, garner enthusiasm, and assemble teams to produce efficiently. Fast forward, he continues to lead his business with a similar set of ideals. His leadership skills are employed in the field with a belief that accountability comes from being a worker who is a leader, not a leader who hires a worker.
Abe’s commitment to perfection is unwavering, and his dedication to building extraordinary structures is so integral to his character that even a short conversation with him reveals this undeniable devotion to his work. Greg Hall
Director of Operations
Growing up in a construction-oriented household, Greg later went on to study real estate, finance, and business. He initially employed his skills by building various successful companies in the marketing and IT industries before going back to his roots as a built environment professional. At Grossman Construction and Development, Greg brings a highly knowledgeable background in business operations to run projects with absolute accuracy and efficiency, with an accomplished understanding of financial investments as they relate to real estate, construction, and long term property value.
Raul Tavera
Superintendent
Raul has been working directly with Abe Grossman since the inception of the company. Beginning as an onsite craftsman and working his way over the past twenty years to a managerial position, he now employs his highly technical background to oversee our construction projects. With his exceptional attention to detail and expert level of construction knowledge, Raul works closely with onsite staff as a deeply respected and trusted mentor.
Frank Escobar
Superintendent
Frank has a specialized background in framing and foundation work, which has allowed him to grow into a valued leader at the company over the past eighteen years. At Grossman Construction and Development, he now manages onsite crews across many construction disciplines. An exceedingly skilled problem solver with creative aptitude, Frank is relied upon to help achieve the highest level of quality and efficiency in our work.
